An all round first class service, I am amazed how you can provide free postage and packing with such competitive prices - well done!
About the product:
Unfortunately the battery failed to maintain its charge, I decided to dispose of the Palm rather than investigate further. In all fairness for all I know the Palm itself could have been the cause of the problem!
